Design your own custom bomber jacket
Build an Orlaven bomber jacket around your style. Choose nylon, satin, twill cotton or sheep leather, then personalize the colors, closure, pockets and artwork. Preview the front, back and both sleeves before adding your design to the cart.
From your design to your fit
Use Guidelines to select a design area and add a name, initials or your own artwork. Choose a standard size or enter custom measurements, and use production notes to explain your fit and placement preferences. Your selections and uploaded artwork are attached to your cart item for review.
Does the price change when I customize the jacket?
The displayed price is the price per jacket for the options in this builder. Changing the material, color or artwork does not add a separate builder surcharge. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
How do I add artwork or lettering?
Turn on Guidelines and select a marked area on the jacket. Choose Name, Letter or Image in the design panel. Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF file up to 5 MB for each image placement.
How do I choose my size?
Open Size and use the size chart and measuring guide. For a custom fit, select Custom and enter your chest, bottom, back length and sleeve measurements in centimetres.
Where can I check my design after adding it?
The cart drawer shows your jacket, size and customization details. Review the details before continuing to checkout.
